How can I track my order?

Once you complete your style questionnaire, you’ll be able to book your design appointment. Your order status will be visible in your customer account under “My Orders.”

When your design is ready, you’ll receive a secure email with download links—and you can always access your files again anytime via your store

What payment methods do you accept?

Your payment is processed securely using encrypted checkout technology.

What is your return policy?

Can I return physical items?

Yes. Eligible physical décor items may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

What about digital products or services?

Digital downloads are non-refundable. Virtual design sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work toward a fair solution.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us right away — we’ll replace or refund defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Are any items non-returnable?
