At Mystic Soul Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our designs, downloads, and products. Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Digital Products & Virtual Services
- PDF Downloads and digital guides are non-refundable once delivered.
- Virtual Design Sessions (consults) may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. If you’re unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you toward a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or credit.
Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
To start a return, contact us at andrea@mysticsoulinteriors.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
