What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and get real-time updates on its delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we ship within Canada only — with free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD and flat rates under that. Many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international partners, but fulfillment is currently limited to Canadian addresses. We hope to expand shipping options in the future!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 CAD ship free within Canada.

How much is shipping under $75?

Flat rate shipping is $14.90–$21.90 CAD, depending on weight.

How long does delivery take?


  • Canadian-stock items: 3–9 business days

  • International partner items: 10–20 business days

Will I pay customs or duties?

Possibly. Some items are shipped directly from our international suppliers. While many orders clear without issue, duties or import fees may apply. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We’re always transparent about this so there are no surprises.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return physical items?

Yes. Eligible physical décor items may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

What about digital products or services?

Digital downloads are non-refundable. Virtual design sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work toward a fair solution.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us right away — we’ll replace or refund defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes: digital downloads, completed design services, gift cards, and clearance/sale items.
