At Mystic Soul Interiors, we’re proud to be based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and bring soulful home décor to customers across the country. To keep our collections fresh and accessible, many items are shipped directly from our international partners.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping – On all Canadian orders over $75 CAD
  
• Flat Rate Shipping – $10 CAD for orders under $75
  
• Express Shipping – Available at checkout in select areas
  

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days for Canadian-fulfilled items
  
• International Partner Items: Please allow 10–20 business days depending on supplier
  
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for eligible Canadian-fulfilled items only)
  

Customs & Duties

Some of our décor is shipped directly from trusted international suppliers. While most orders arrive smoothly, your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the product and carrier. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We’re upfront about this because we believe in honest, transparent service. If you’re ever unsure, reach out and we’ll happily let you know if your order is likely to incur duties.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
